These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the official EhViewer app and the ehviewer.io website. By downloading, installing, or using EhViewer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EhViewer — including downloading the APK, browsing ehviewer.io, or using any feature of the application — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. License
EhViewer is free software distributed under the GNU General Public License v3 (GPLv3). You are free to use, copy, modify, and redistribute the software under the terms of that licence. The full source code is publicly available on GitHub.
Software provided as-is. EhViewer is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developers make no guarantees regarding functionality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use EhViewer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use EhViewer to access, download, or distribute content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Use EhViewer to access content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including content that violates laws relating to obscenity, child protection, or privacy.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with EhViewer in a way that violates the GPLv3 licence terms.
- Use ehviewer.io in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users' access.
4. Third-Party Content & Sources
EhViewer is a client application. It does not host, store, cache, or distribute any manga, comic, or other copyrighted content. All content you access through EhViewer is retrieved directly from third-party gallery sources that you configure within the app.
Those third-party sources operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any source you connect to, and for ensuring that your use of that content is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EhViewer and ehviewer.io are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that EhViewer will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the EhViewer developers or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of EhViewer or ehviewer.io, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of EhViewer after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
